3. Solar Product and Installation Terms
All solar products and services are provided based on site assessment, technical feasibility, and mutually agreed project terms.
Installation timelines depend on site readiness, component availability, and government or DISCOM approvals.
Once an order is confirmed and materials are dispatched, cancellations are not permitted.
Product warranties are governed by the respective manufacturer’s policy and may vary by component (solar panels, inverters, batteries, etc.).
After-installation maintenance, cleaning, and service calls are chargeable unless specifically covered under warranty or an Annual Maintenance Contract (AMC).
The Company is not liable for performance issues caused by improper site maintenance, unauthorized modifications, or environmental factors beyond its control.
4. Payments
All payments must be made only through authorized Company channels as stated in official quotations or invoices.
Delay or default in payment may result in suspension of ongoing services or delivery.
Any refunds (if applicable) will be processed as per the Company’s internal refund policy and applicable Indian laws.
5. Links to Other Websites
